Join us for an immersive 3-day residential retreat designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Experience guided Himalayan yoga practice, Ayurveda learning session, Discussion on Mental Health & Emotional Balance , Relaxation techniques and Breath work practices to start a journey towards health and balance. The focus of this retreat is to offer a structured morning routine combining the essence of Ayurveda and Yoga that can be practiced daily morning at ease! Sadhana Sangama trust is founded in 1986 by Yogacharya Sri Pattabhiram and Smt. Jyothi Pattabhiram, direct disciples of His Holiness Swami Rama, a great Yogi of the Himalayas and Sri Satyanandanatha, a great Srividaya adept of Mysore. The trust is established with a vision of creating Happy-Healthy-Hormonious society through Ayurveda, Yoga, Dance , Holistic education and Holistic Health.

Retreat Schedule Summary
Day 1 (May 16)
Arrive in the evening, settle in, and enjoy a warm welcome drink and nourishing dinner. Our faculty would love to welcome you with a lets-know-each-other session and introduce you to the retreat schedule and the campus facilities.
Day 2 (May 17)
Begin with a morning prana activation session and yoga, followed by self-care ayurveda ritual. Enjoy an insightful, interactive Ayurveda session and a sumptuous meal. An evening yoga and mental wellness session to unwind with journaling to a restful sleep!
Day 3 (May 18)
The final day starts with an Ayurvedically perfect morning, continues with more discussion on Mental wellness and concludes with a final closing ceremony post lunch! After a refreshing evening drink, its time to bid adieu, until next time! The beginning of a fresh wellness journey!

What should I bring with me to the retreat?
