Cancellation Policy
- Appointment Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Product Orders: Orders for physical products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order processing will have commenced.
Refund Policy
- Services: Refunds for services will be provided only if the service is canceled by Arogyavardhini Ayurveda or in cases of proven negligence. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
- Products: We offer refunds for defective or damaged products. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with evidence of the defect. We may request the return of the product before issuing a refund.
